// services

Services.

One person, end to end. Four things, narrow on purpose — if what you need isn't one of them, I'll say so and point you at whose job it is.

// the deadline nobody talks about

Sites that hold up when a partner, a prospect or an underwriter looks you up.

Most firms never have to redesign. Plenty have to pass a review by a date — an underwriter, a procurement questionnaire, a partner running cold due diligence before the first meeting. That is a deadline, and it is the one I build against.

  • Developer Genome — a London fintech studioPayments, card platforms, compliance, and a single-page site that couldn't carry the business. Rebuilt end to end to read as a real, established firm to the people who run cold due diligence on one. The rebuild, in full.
  • What that means in practiceAround an eight-request first load, zero third-party calls, WCAG AA, and a handover walkthrough at the end. Checkable from outside, which is the point.
01

Website redesign & credibility rebuilds

Marketing sites and web application development — fast, accessible, self-hosted, no third-party calls, no builder lock-in. For firms whose business is more credible than their website.
02

Custom software & automation that keeps running

Automation and tooling that does the repetitive work. A defined input, a defined output, and something that still runs a year from now without me in it — checked before it ships, with the verification written down.
03

Rapid prototyping

From idea to a clickable prototype in days, not weeks.
  • a real build, not a mockup
  • decision-ready demo
  • iterate while it's cheap
04

Handover walkthrough

Every project ships with a self-contained interactive walkthrough: what was built, what changed and why, and the exact path to live. Not a zip file and a shrug.
  • included with every build, not an upsell
  • one self-contained page — no login, no expiry, no external calls
  • the one thing clients bring up unprompted
  • see one: a real handover, in full

Ask me

// fixed scope

Six ways to start.

Fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed before anything begins. The two reports below are a flat fee on a stated timeline; the build figures are starting guides, and your number is set once I have seen the actual scope.

// reports

A flat fee and a stated timeline. A written answer to one question, on a date — no fixes, and no retainer at the end of it. If something needs doing, it gets quoted separately.

Due-diligence read
€450

A written report on what fails a cold read — an underwriter, a procurement questionnaire, or a partner checking you out before a first meeting. Findings and severity, in the order I would fix them.

→ 3 working days · findings only, no fixes

Tenant isolation audit
€1,800

One question, answered properly: can tenant A reach tenant B's data. A written report with reproduction steps and severity for anything that gets through. Not a general security audit — this is the isolation boundary, which is what can be proven in a week.

→ 1 week · I ran this on my own product and it ends in 556 passing isolation assertions

// builds

Scope and price agreed before anything starts. These figures are starting guides; your number is set once I have seen the actual scope.

Secure product build
from €15,000

A multi-tenant product built with the isolation boundary designed in and proven by tests, not asserted in a meeting. For a business whose product holds other people's data.

→ scoped before anything starts · the one I built for myself

Credibility rebuild
from €3,500

Brand system, full multi-page rebuild, and the handover walkthrough. For a firm whose business is more credible than its website — where the current site is actively costing them.

→ pace is set by your feedback — clients who turn comments around same-day go live in days, not weeks

Prototype sprint
from €2,500

A real clickable build, not a mockup — enough product to make a decision on, or to put in front of someone who needs convincing.

→ decision-ready in one working week

Website build
from €2,000

A straight, hand-built multi-page site — design, build and the handover walkthrough. For a business that needs a credible web presence and doesn't have one yet.

→ scope and price agreed before anything starts

* Starting guides, not a price list. Every project is evaluated on its own — how complex it is, and how much work is actually in it — and quoted individually. What you get before anything begins is one fixed number for your scope and your timeline.

Website work is quoted from the build offers above.

One person can quote a fixed price on scope that normally needs a team because the work runs through a system I built for it. That system needs me in the coordinator seat, which is why it sets the price rather than being the thing you buy — how that actually works.

Custom software and automation outside the offers above are case by case — the scope varies too much to shelf-price honestly. You still get one fixed number for scope and timeline before anything begins. No hourly meter, either way.

// how we'd work

Simple, start to finish.

01
Tell me what you need
A short message is enough — the idea, the problem, or just the rough shape of it.
02
I design and build it
You see progress as it happens — real builds you can click, not status meetings.
03
You ship — with a handover walkthrough
Launched and handed over properly: an interactive walkthrough of what was built, what changed and why, and the exact path to live. What that means

Not sure which of these you need? Tell me the problem — I'll tell you which it is, or who to ask if it isn't me.
