A nine-to-six day in each city shares seven hours: 09:00–16:00 in London, 11:00–18:00 in Riga. Both cities change their clocks on the same days, so the gap is two hours all year.
Let me put the awkward part first, because you would find it in about ninety seconds anyway: there is no London office. No Shoreditch address, no serviced desk taken so a page like this can imply a presence that is not there. I am one developer in Riga. The London company on this site, Devgenome, was rebuilt twice from here, and you can judge it by what was delivered, not where I sit.
If that is a dealbreaker, it genuinely is one, and the rest of this page will not change it. If it is not, the trade is a good one: you get the person who actually builds the thing, at a rate a London agency cannot match while carrying an office and a sales floor.

Devgenome is the trading name of Developer Genome Ltd, a London company working in IT support, software development, AI and automation. Before July it had one page, positioned as a fintech engineering studio, with none of the legal or trust pages a serious buyer expects.
Round one, in July, made it read as an established firm: ten pages in English and Spanish, legal pages and a contact form that sent real email. Round two, in September, gave it an identity of its own: a custom 3D double helix, fourteen pages, and a consultation form that keeps the visitor's text if sending fails. Every page makes zero third-party calls (measured 2 October 2026). It is live, and you can read the whole engagement.

Vague answers to this question are how a supplier ends up unreachable at four in the afternoon. So, precisely:
- Riga is two hours ahead of London. My afternoon is your midday. There is no overnight gap and nothing waits until tomorrow because of a time zone.
