// for specialist car dealers and leasing brokers
The finance figure starts with a phone call.
The buyer waits for the reply.
For specialist and prestige dealers and leasing brokers: an enquiry that arrives with the car, the finance question and the part-exchange in one go, viewings booked into slots you open, and stock pages that stay right.

an enquiry on a car, start to finish
- The buyer asks about the carfrom the listing, with finance and part-exchange in the same form
- It lands with the car attachedstock number, price, their questions; they're told when you'll reply
- A viewing slot is offeredfrom the times you've opened
- You call them back, preparedthe sale is still yours to make
// on 15 UK dealers' and brokers' sites, checked October 2026
Where an enquiry waits.
The answer needs a conversation
On 6 of the 15, a finance figure or the full details of a car started with a call or a message; one says "Call us today for a FREE finance quotation". The buyer waits for the reply.
Viewings by appointment
5 of the 15 arranged viewing or collection by appointment. That can suit a specialist sale, but each one becomes a back-and-forth to find a time.
Stock that needs a second look
One stock list showed "Mileage: 0" on a 2009 car.
// what I'd do
Start with the enquiry on each car.
-
first
One enquiry that carries the car
An enquiry on every listing that already knows which car it's about and asks the questions you'd ask: finance, part-exchange, when they could view. It tells the buyer when to expect you. One fixed price, agreed before I start.
-
then
Viewings, stock and the site
Viewings booked into times you've opened, stock pages kept in step with your own stock list where your system allows it, and if the site needs it, a rebuild that's quick on a phone.
// what I've built
Two rebuilds you can open now.
- CityRoamerA Riga IT consultancy's site, first taken off a website builder whose certificate made browsers warn visitors away, then rebuilt as 14 pages that call no third-party services (measured 2 October 2026).see the case →
- DevgenomeA London IT, software and AI company: one page, then ten in July, then a 14-page site built around a 3D model of its own in September. No framework, no builder.see the case →
Car sales are new for me: both rebuilds here are for IT firms, so there's no dealer to show you yet. The first job is small and fixed so you can judge the work before anything bigger.
Tell me what a buyer has to do to find out what they'd pay. I'll tell you on the call what I'd change first.
