// for letting agents and property managers
Ask for a valuation, wait for a call back.
Or pick a time that's actually free.
For letting agents and property managers: valuations and viewings booked into times you've opened, without a call back, and the admin around them, from repair reports to tenant applications.

a valuation, start to finish
- The landlord picks a timefrom the slots you've opened, with the property details in the same form
- It lands as an appointmentin your diary, with a confirmation sent straight away
- A reminder goes outthe day before, so the visit happens
- You do the valuationwith the details already in front of you

Valuations wait for a call back
On 9 of the 15, asking for a valuation led to a call back to arrange it; one says "a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a convenient appointment".
Viewings start with a phone call
On 4 of the 15, a viewing started with a call or a message; one says "Please ring us to make an appointment". A tenant looking in the evening waits until the office opens.
Things left on the page
6 of the 15 showed something left over or dated: navigation still labelled "Example One", an empty news box, a © 2015 footer. Small things, on the pages a landlord reads before deciding who to call.
// what I'd do
Start with the valuation.

Valuations booked into real times
Landlords pick a valuation slot from the times you've opened, with the property details in the same form, and it lands in your diary with a confirmation and a reminder. One fixed price, agreed before I start.

Viewings, repairs, applications
Viewings booked the same way; if repairs still come in by email, a report form that asks what a contractor needs; tenant applications online instead of PDFs; and if the site needs it, a rebuild that's quick on a phone.
// what I've built
A system that writes every job down, and a rebuilt site.
- Many moving parts. One clock.A private system I built: live feeds land in one store, scheduled jobs wake on one clock, and rules decide in code. Every job ends in a written outcome, including the ones that failed.see how it's built →
- CityRoamerA Riga IT consultancy's site, first taken off a website builder whose certificate made browsers warn visitors away, then rebuilt as 14 pages that call no third-party services (measured 2 October 2026).see the case →
Property is new for me: I haven't built for an agent yet, so there's no case study here to show you. What's above is the same kind of work, and the first job is small and fixed so you can judge it before anything bigger.
Tell me how a landlord books a valuation with you today. I'll tell you on the call what I'd change first.
