// for IT firms, agencies and recruiters
Your client wants something you don't build.
The client stays yours.
Clients ask their IT firm, their web agency or their recruiter for things outside that firm's own work: an intake form that feeds a case system, documents drafted from one set of details, an automation that has to run on their own hardware. I build those. You introduce the client, or you sell the work under your own name.

an introduction, start to finish
- Your client asks for somethinga system, an automation, a rebuild
- I scope it and quoteone fixed price, before any work
- I build itto the scope the client agreed
- The client pays; you're paidyour share, as agreed in writing up front
// how it works
Two ways in. One line I don't cross.
Introduce the client
You put us in touch; I scope, quote, contract and build. You receive a share of each invoice the client pays, agreed in writing before I start and paid once they've paid me.
Or resell it as yours
I build it, you sell it under your own name at your own price, and the client never needs to hear about me. We agree the scope and my price between us first.
Your side of the work stays yours
I don't do infrastructure, support contracts or licensing, and I don't pitch them to your client. If the job needs any of that, it comes back to you.

-
admin and data
Forms, documents and automations
Intake forms that feed the client's own system, documents drafted from one set of client details, and the repetitive admin in between. Where the data can't leave the building, it runs on hardware the client owns.
-
websites, for IT firms and recruiters
A rebuild, without a builder underneath
Websites with no framework and no website builder, fast on a phone and calling no third-party services. How a rebuild works.
// what I've built
Work you can open before you introduce anyone.
- CityRoamer, rebuilt twiceA Riga IT consultancy's site, first taken off a website builder whose certificate made browsers warn visitors away, then rebuilt as 14 pages that call no third-party services (measured 2 October 2026).see the case →
- Many moving parts. One clock.A private system I built: live feeds land in one store, scheduled jobs wake on one clock, rules decide in code, and language models only put the results into words.see how it's built →
Partnering is new for me, so there's no partner here to vouch for it yet. Terms are agreed in writing for each introduction, before any work starts, so nobody has to remember what was said on a call.
