// for solicitors and accountants

The client fills in the PDF.
Then someone types it in again.

I build the admin around client work: questionnaires that arrive as data, letters drafted from one set of client details, and a private AI model that answers from your own files without them leaving the building.

a new client, start to finish

  1. The client answers onlineon their phone; no printing, no post
  2. The answers land in your systemonce, checked as they're entered
  3. The letters are draftedengagement letter and first documents, from the same answers
  4. A fee-earner checks and sendsnothing goes out unread
Nothing is typed twice between the first step and the last.

// common at small firms

Where the hours go.

  1. Questionnaires as downloads

    Wills, lasting power of attorney and probate questionnaires as PDFs to print, fill in on paper and send back. The answers on paper still have to get into the case system.

  2. Enquiries that need a phone call

    "Call now to book an initial meeting", or a form that asks for a name, an email and a message. Either way, the questions that decide the fee and the next step get asked later, by a person, on the phone.

  3. AI kept away from client files

    The usual AI tools could summarise a file or draft a letter, but they send what you type to the provider's servers, so a firm with confidential files has good reason to keep them away. That's a sensible call, and there's another way: a model on your own hardware.

// what I'd do

Start with one form.

  1. first

    One form off paper

    Pick the questionnaire or intake form your team retypes most. I rebuild it as an online form that feeds your case system where it has a way in, or a spreadsheet where it doesn't. One fixed price, agreed before I start.

  2. then

    Drafting and private AI

    Letters drafted from the answers the client already gave, and a local AI model that answers questions about your files with the document it took the answer from. A person signs off everything that leaves the firm.

// what I've built

Systems where code decides and AI only writes it up.

Law and accounting are new for me: I haven't built for a firm like yours yet, and private AI is a capability I offer, not a case study yet. What's above is the same kind of work, and the first job is small and fixed so you can judge it before anything bigger.

Tell me which form your team retypes most. I'll tell you on the call what it would take to stop.
